Delicious food, great wines and your beautiful ceramics - a match made in Italy.

Cheers, Diana!

ps: when are we having that Portuguese vs Italian wines tasting? 😜

HA! Yes, in fact, my friend TT in the comments brought us some wonderful Portuguese wine on her last visit and I am really looking forward to learning more.

Nothing like wine, food, friends and nice plates! Big hugs.

I’ve had the honor and privilege and gratitude of experiencing Diana’s cooking and her ceramics. Both are beyond compare, filled with love, simple complexity and a nurturing love that permeates everything she touches❤️

It is wonderful to read your posts about the things that are close to your heart: food, drink and the joys that these two bring to your life and actually, can bring to everyone’s life. As south European coming from the most western country in Europe, having the Atlantic ‘kissing’ us all the time, I understand very well what you mean by the love of food. Food lovers understand each other very well, I guess.

What you can do with pottery is something that I can dream only about because I simply can’t do it. Congrats!

Ahhh beautiful Portugal, a place where we have dear friends and I've only been able to visit once so far. Are we not fortunate to be able to experience such goodness, especially in these crazy times.

Lolly, I know sometime in the not-to-distant future we will sit at the same table and enjoy each other's company IRL. Un abbraccio forte.

It’s posts like these that make me want to work on my Italian citizenship! I know living in Italy is far from easy, but their connection to the land, local ingredients, focus on craftsmanship and community are all things I crave. Thank you for sharing this Diana!

I am impressed by the tactile sensibility of your food...the onion in puff pastry...unadulterated in its own beauty...like the imperfections embraced in the patina of the crumbling stucco and rooftiles that I love in. the Langhe

What a beautiful ode to ceramics, Italian food, and wine. And it brought back some beautiful memories from the many times I spent in Italy.
